The Camp will be run from Thursday the 11th until Sunday the 14th of May. The goal is to improve or HeadUp skills in formation building and tracing to prepare for the EUROPEAN RECORD attempts, to be held at Skydive Empuriabrava in June 2017.
Anyone who meets the criteria listed below is welcome to come to the camp and attempts. The training camp is the perfect opportunity to meet the organizers and train the skills you will need for the record attempts.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE IN THE CAMP AND RECORD ATTEMPTS?
• Must be able to fly head down as well as head up. Head down approaches and breakoffs will be necessary.
• Must have experience in large freefly formations.
• Must be able to safely control your level and proximity to the formation in an upright and head down orientation.
• No official invites will be sent out. If you want to come and meet the criteria you may register. If you are questioning if you are ready or not, please attend a camp and get feedback from the organizers. Registration does not guarantee you a slot on the record attempts. The lineup for the initial attempts will be based on experience and performance at camps and the lineup for subsequent attempts will be based on performance.
Event Schedule:
– 24 jumps, 6 jumps per day.
– Meet time 9:00am on Thursday 6th. Gear check done, tickets in hand.
Event Costs:
Registration 200 € for 4 days of organizing and video
